A garage door failure doesn't check the clock, and neither do we. Nights, weekends, holidays, our dispatch line stays open and a technician gets moving.
Nights, weekends, and holidays, someone picks up and schedules a technician immediately.
We triage every emergency call by risk level, not by order received.
A 2 a.m. call gets the same stocked truck as a 2 p.m. call.
Transparent emergency pricing, quoted before a truck is sent.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
An open, unsecured garage overnight is a real security risk. This call jumps the queue the moment it comes in.
A door that won't open when you need your car out gets urgent scheduling and a technician carrying spring and cable stock.
A snapped spring at an inconvenient hour still gets same-night service when the call comes in during our emergency window.
Sudden impact damage often bends track or dislodges panels. Emergency dispatch prioritizes making the door safe to operate again.
Holiday coverage means a stuck door on a family gathering day still gets same-day attention.
Call the emergency line and describe whether the door is stuck open or stuck closed, that detail sets priority.
Emergency calls get the nearest available technician, often within the hour depending on location.
The technician diagnoses on-site and gives a confirmed price before any repair starts, even after hours.
We don't leave until the door operates safely and the fix is verified.
“Called at midnight expecting voicemail and got a real person who had someone out within the hour.”
“Door wouldn't close after we left for a trip. They walked me through securing it over the phone until the tech arrived.”
“After-hours fee was quoted upfront, no surprise on the invoice. Appreciated the honesty at 2 a.m.”
Stuck-open and trapped-vehicle calls jump the queue, typically resulting in faster-than-standard arrival.
After-hours pricing is transparent and quoted upfront, not hidden in the final invoice.
If safe, you can manually pull the emergency release cord to close it by hand, but call us first for guidance specific to your opener.
Emergency technicians stock multiple spring sizes so most night calls close in one visit.
Yes, our emergency line and dispatch rotation run on holidays with no reduced coverage.
Every emergency fix is backed in writing, same as any standard appointment.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
